The hotel is everything and more than we expected. We stayed in Madrid before and had a rooftop terrace in the last one, but having the plunge pool when it was 40oc was amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly at all times. The breakfast was fantastic, especially sitting out on the terrace looking out over Gran Via. The room is amazing and definitely done to a high standard. The sports bar and terrace are great to relax in after a long day sightseeing. On our last day, the staff were so accommodating, letting us keep our room for an extra 2 hours and storing our bags until we were ready to leave. We will definitely be back in Madrid and stay here again when we do.

i loved the kindness of the employees. They helped me a lot as i was in trouble due to cancancelation of my flight. it maybe does not suit in my price category,(as i do have low budget) but it it was perfect for me and i enjoyed it a lot. I just can recommand it. Thank you to the team for the warmful and kindness help. I just can recommand your hotel, and i hopfully come once back. Best regards.

Amazing staff, checkin and check out smooth, well explained. Wifi excellent. Bar on 9th floor amazing view. Roof top closed... Overall very good hotel. The location is perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The hotel's ambiance was inviting, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team members were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. From the reception desk to the restaurant and the concierge, every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. They were very professional but also personable, making me feel valued as a guest, staff was incredibly attentive and proactive in accommodating my requests. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right on Gran Via and in between two subway stations. Surrounded by many shops and easy to access. The building is very nice and the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was always helpful and very polite.

While rooms were not big, they were super clean, well planned with quality furniture and nice bedding. Great breakfast, very friendly staff. Everything is very organized. Amazing view from the rooftop.

The hotel's location makes it an ideal place to enjoy Madrid shopping and nightlife, particularly in Chueca and Malasaña neighborhoods. It also makes it easy to enjoy plenty of Madrid's most famous sightseeing attractions, from the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor all the way to Cibeles, Museo del Prado, and even Parque del Retiro. Cabs and other forms of transportation are very easy to access from the hotel. Its breakfast buffet is quite complete, and the bar / gastronomic offer is modern and attractive. Showers and bathroom facilities are fantastic, as well as beds and pillows. TV and other room technology are top notch. The overall environment and feel of the place is sophisticated and sexy.

The staff are really nice and they try their best to help with all of my needs, which is quite tough because I’m a picky person, but I have been treated very nicely and everything went through very smoothly from check in to check out. the rooftop bar was exceptional, the room I got was corner room and the view is incredible. My sister celebrated her birthday here and they gifted us a card and a fruit plate which was really sweet. Thank you so much I had a really nice stay

Beautiful cool and hip design. Breakfast was great, very simple but really good, and the staff were nice. Location is the best thing, in the heart of Gran Via. I will surely stay there again.
